It is indeed situationnal (blight resist will wreck her out), and I’m sure that I did not start to even discover mid-game dungeons, but still that surprised me. A thing I learned pretty early in that game is that DoT (bleed/blight) STACK ! And with the poisonned dart’s ability (not sure about the name), you have a 6 dmg/turn on a single monster which is HUDGE imo. Now I can understand why I cried blood tears on “bad luck” induced by newbie’s mistakes ! BUT I think you should give some more details on occasions (I’m still not sure I understood what the option “Combat delay penalty” works …)Īlso I totally agree with you on the Hwyman, but I was surprise about the grave robber’s note. I’m not sure on when this was last updated, but since writting is from Septembre, I hope it’s still alive ! This is a good beginner’s guide overall and I learned several things there :). The Brigand Pounder itself has high resistance and PROT, so bring your heaviest hitters.
Brigand Pounder – Kill the Matchman! Don’t risk this cannon firing at all costs.However, when it’s low enough, you can just focus fire the Hag instead of the Cauldron. One hero will be constantly dragged into a Cauldron, so you’ll need to free them, maybe heal them up, and attack the Hag. Hag – Be prepared for 3 v 1 against the Hag.Same as above, except for 16 food, 3 shovels, and 12 torches.7 Torches – This should be enough to keep the torch level above 75 for the entire duration.2 Holy Water – Three Curios use these: Eldritch Altar, Troubling Effigy, and Pristine Fountain.2 Skeleton Keys – Three Curios use these: Heirloom Chest, Ancient Artifact, and Left Luggage.1 Medicinal Herbs– One Curio in the Weald.2 Bandages – Two Curios in the Weald, plus Gnashers can cause bleeding.However, most of these enemies have a high blight resistance, so the Plague Doctor might be sitting this one out… Worse case, you can use the shovel(s) for the Curio, Shallow Grave. 2 Shovel – For some reason, this dungeon has more obstacles.8 Food – Beast Carass is a food yielding Curio, so you could take 4 food instead.
